Work Hours
Mondays-Thursday 9am to 4pm. Every other Friday 9am-2pm. My staff and I work from a schedule and recommend the same time and weekday for your cleaning to create consistency and convenience for us both.
Alarm Systems And Keys
It is not necessary to be at home while our cleaning techs are there cleaning. If you have an alarm code, make sure I have the "home service" key code so I can disarm the alarm when I arrive and set it again when I leave. I'll need to know where you keep your house key, or will need a copy of your key or you garage door opener. We do not place any identification on your keys that would give your information in the unfortunate event that it's lost. However, when our cleaning technicians are done cleaning your home your key goes back into a secure encrypted lockbox. In the event of a lockout lasting more than 15 minutes you will be charged a fee when you reschedule. Two lockouts in a 6 month period will result in a cancellation of your account with us.
Pre-payment
Pre-payment is required for ALL clients. The due date for payments are the Sunday before your scheduled cleaning. You can make a deposit of 50% to secure your time block, but the other 50% is still required by the due date. Otherwise, you will be postponed.
Stuff happens -- for whatever reason and we understand this. Communication is key. Call, text, email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we'll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at our earliest convenience. A fee of $80 may still apply if there is not an advanced notice. To avoid this please try to notify us 24-48 hrs before your scheduled clean.
Please let us know if you or your children get sick. We will reschedule your appointmenr for a later date. Please be considerate of our staff, and our other clients. We will also let you know if we are sick, and will reschedule.
We aim to please! If for any reason, within the same day as your cleaning you notice we missed something that we checked off as "clean" on your checklist that we leave for you then give us a call or text us and we will come back out to make it right!
Credit/Debit card payments through invoice, ACH transfer through invoice, PayPal G&S, Zelle, or Venmo is accepted. Cash is not accepted, unless by elderly clients (on case to case basis).
We only clean the outside of curio cabinets. I do apologize, but due to the extreme risk factor and the preciousness of your items inside them we choose not the clean the inside.
We do not clean higher than allowed by a three step ladder, and/or our dusting pole due to our insurance not covering other heights.
We cannot/ do not clean biohazardous areas such as medical facilities, or homes with trace amounts of pet and human bowel movements, or trace amounts of blood, or mold.
If you place a stop payment on our payment, we will reach out to you to resolve the issue and obtain payment. If we still do not get paid for work that we done, we will file for a lien against the home owner for theft of services. Please do not try to cheat small business' out of their hard earned money.
Everything on this site is to be owned by Luxe Cleaning including but not limited to pictures from our services completed. Luxe Cleaning is a business owned by Parker Unlimited. Luxe Cleaning serves the right to revisit rates as needed, if any increase takes place our clients will be notified by email 30 days prior.
