"I have worked in customer service and hospitality during my entire working life. Cleaning is a honest passion that I have, so much so that during other jobs I worked or when I went to family members homes if I seen a mess I would completely clean the whole area. Fast forward some years of that, I decided to start a cleaning business in 2016. I bring to the company the knowledge of higher quality expectations, as well as some other things. Most of the time I'll be in the field checking on recently hired technicians, training, and doing walkthroughs. That doesn't mean I'm afraid to get my hands dirty though, you may also notice me cleaning homes. I do more of our social media end, but sometimes you may see me doing walkthroughs when needed. I have 8 years experience in resort hospitality, and 3 years experience in beachside condo cleaning. Ann covers all of our financials in the office. If you're one of our commercial clients, and you owe your invoice usually she is the one that will follow up with you before passing it over to our owner. Ann also isn't scared to get her hands dirty, you'll see her helping out in the field as well. 

We have 10 cleaning technicians that work here at Luxe Cleaning. They usually work with a partner (which might change in 01/2023). Our techs are all individually trained by our owner herself, and given all knowledge needed to do a great job. When hiring we don't just hire "bodies" we hire humans who are genuinely good people, passionate about the job they do, and hardworking. We fully trust that you will have no issues with our technicians.
