We start off with a walkthrough for all new client accounts, even if you're wanting a one - time clean.
During our walkthrough we will ask some common reference questions (i.e sqft of the home, if there are any pets or children that live in the home, any broken/discolored items, focus areas, etc). After accessing your home we will provide 3 quotes; one is the initial cleaning quote (a thorough deep clean of your home to get it to Luxe cleaning standards), standard clean, and deLuxe clean quote. If you aren't ready to give an official answer yet, we understand. Our offer is good for one week, however a timeslot will not be saved for you until you sign.
Once you accept our quote and our team (two cleaning techs, but occasionally three depending on the work load) will come to your home and perform our initial clean. An initial clean can range from 4 hours - one day - two cleaning techs, 8 hours - two days - two cleaning techs, or 4 hours - one day - three cleaning techs. *This varies*
We do not rush our initial clean (or your deep clean if you're a one - time client). We have a standard that we meet each time, with every client. We do not charge by the hour for this reason. Our cleaning will be completely thorough, and if you decide it's out of your budget for our team to finish it the next day (when applicable) we will find something that works best for you. Whether we finish different parts of our deep clean the next one or two cleanings we do, or you just pay for one of our packages that best fits your needs.
