COVID has hit so many people unexpectedly, and we have lost so many people from it as well. As the months go on it seems that the totals are constantly rising.
As our part to try to cut the spread of the virus, as well as any other virus or bacteria we have made some changes. The changes are listed below:
•as of 07/2021 we use only cleaning products listed on the EPA approved list. Each technician is trained prior to fieldwork on how to properly use each product to ensure it's cleaning and disinfecting abilities.
•We have cut down the number of technicians in your home unless it's an initial cleaning and needs more than one technician in order to get the job done in a timely matter. However, we have placed all our clients on an assigned technician's schedule. This is to make sure no matter whether you choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly appointments you have the same person in your home instead of a rotating roster.
•Luxe Cleaning does not believe in forcing someone's medical choices, and we do not believe someone's medical choices should hinder them from being able to make money to survive. We have employees who have taking the COVID shots, and we have employees who preferred not to but they agreed to weekly testing. (We ask that when the technician is in your home, you don't ask them which one they chose.)
• although we prefer that you set up payments with your debit or credit card, we still accept cash in an envelope that's addressed to Luxe Cleaning.
• Technicians will have gloves on and a face mask during appointments.
• EVERY new client has to have an initial walkthrough which is followed by the Initial clean. Although we prefer a virtual walkthrough, we are still offering in person ones as well.
•We *ask* that you schedule your cleaning appointments while a minimum amount of people are in your home. This helps with social distancing, as well as making sure our technicians have ample space to clean and are free from distractions so they can clean properly and in a timely manner.
